Hi, I got the offer from accenture uk, where only base pay 40k per annum is mentioned. Could anyone tell me is this fixed pay or variable included? Accenture response rate is slow, So I am asking here if anyone has experienced the same type of offer letter.? Thanks GS

Hi, I have one more query which i have not asked company as its late. :(. Since only base pay is mentioned in my appointment letter, does it mean there is no additional variable part in my salary? What i heard about accenture they do have variable as well? Would be great if someone can clarify.

At the level you'll be coming in at there will be no bonus. Depending on what service line, you may get overtime. If your project lets you book it.
