Our client is currently recruiting Managers and Consultants to join their growing, client-facing team. Successful applicants will have excellent academic qualifications, strong consulting skills, and a passion for media, technology, entertainment and advertising.

- They are a hybrid strategy and consumer insight agency. Whilst this role is in our commercial strategy team, much of our work spans the two teams, providing exciting opportunities to learn
- Based Central London, working on international projects across the US, EMEA, APAC, LatAM
- Strategy and at same time creative, collaborative 

Typical projects include:
- Their strategy work ranges from growth strategies and go to market work, through to product, brand and audience perceptions work
- One day you might be helping Spotify examine opportunities in new markets, or valuing sports rights for a broadcaster. The next you might be helping Google to evaluate customer perceptions of one of its major B2B products. 

Primary responsibilities generally include:
• Managing projects and individual workstreams, including direct reports
• Providing the point of contact for clients on exciting projects
• Leading the design and development of complex analytical frameworks and financial models
• Leading gathering and analysis of qual and quant data, to provide insights into client challenges, markets, customers and competitors
• Managing project resourcing, timelines and deliverables (i.e. end-to-end delivery of a small/medium project)
• Conducting large-scale research and interview programmes, 
• Designing and delivering client briefings, reports, workshops and presentations
• Writing proposals and leading new business initiatives
• Playing a leading role in one of our key account teams, helping to grow the clients through business development activities.

Experience and requirements
• Strategy consulting experience at a top strategy house (or corporate strategy team), or equivalent
• A first class degree (or minimum 2:1) from a top university
• A passion for and understanding of media, technology, entertainment and advertising
• The ability to work effectively and flexibly, both in a team and solo to deliver projects on-time and on-budget
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to make and support a clear argument
• The enthusiasm and ability to build strong working relationships with our clients
• An entrepreneurial outlook and the ambition, dedication and talent to be the very best at what you do
