Not sure, I honestly would help if I knew the answer. However, in the absence of being able to answer your question, I can share a different tip: When reheating pizza, use the frying pan - it's quick and won't get soggy like in the microwave!

New Managers vs. Experienced senior managers covers quite a broad salary range.Surely the question is what salary would you require to make the move. If they can match that then great, of not then you stay put...Check out Glassdoor for the most up to date information.

Experienced manager, its funny how none of them asked for salary details before, now I've gone through the process I'm wondering if I should have told them what I want from the outset. Now I've gone through the hassle of interviews I'm wondering what they might offer and if it was a waste of time should it not meet expectations.

It would help if you could be much more specific about the market, type of advisory work that you do etc.A new promote in the regions to Manager could be looking at £50k, an experienced Manager in Advisory PI could be £80k. Senior Manager is a really broad band.
