For their Consulting arm, roughly (second hand knowledge) - Senior Associate 80K- Principal 100K- Senior Principal 120K - Partner 200K+Would be good to get confirmation on this. Not bad for 2nd tier IT SI. Which division are looking to join?

Think your about 20k too heavy on your bandings with exception of Senior Principle which is broad

Thanks for both responses - have been approached for the SC practice. The numbers also look about 15-20k off what I was told but am not sure if they are lowballing.

^bumpwhat's the culture like at infy? Heard they have a load of ex-Accenturites in the London office and that the workload is quite punishing - but pay looks like it's quite high. anyone care to share?

Don't worry too much about the money; worry more that I haven't yet met an Infosys "consultant" that could go head to head with a Pizza Express garlic doughball in an intellectual debate.
Don't worry too much about the money; worry more that I haven't yet met an Infosys "consultant" that could go head to head with a Pizza Express garlic doughball in an intellectual debate.
Agreed - I always wonder how easy it would be to get to senior principal given the calibre of the rest of the organisation in somewhere like infosys..an easy 125k would be nice!
