Out of interest, did the same firm design the security scanning process and system at T5? What a complete and utter screw-up, trying to over-engineer something that should be simplified: two people step forward at the same time, everything has to go in a box, boxes move automatically, don't remove a box from the belt, automatic sensors to check whether a box is empty. Perhaps the aim was to reduce the number of staff required to move boxes around, but instead you need the same number to continuously instruct passengers how to follow the process, and to sort out c*ck-ups (like when people remove a box from the belt).
