When over 100 people have been affected over the last year by PA's tactics, whether transparent or not, it does seem appropriate that those on the inside and now some people on the outside want to warn the rest of the world.PA used to be a good ethical company and morally correct but now seem to have lost their way on both counts. Even the recent payoffs were not much higher than the statutory minimums and the recent number of staff placed on new PIPs, just because they need to have people on PIPs, is an indication of a process that it used to get rid of people without having to pay redundancy or any other form of compensatory payments. It will only be a matter of time before the next round of cuts comes.
