I'd leave it out if your experience speaks for itself. It's not of much interest for senior hires.

I think he means is it worthwhile for people with 10 years experience to detail a (current) GMAT score on their resume, not that he got it ten years ago.Some firms explicitly ask for a gmat score from experienced hire (distinct from MBA) applicants (e.g. Bain).If they ask for it and you have one and it's in date and it is good... put it on. Can't hurt.
