Does anyone know whether ACN will be having another wave of redundancies (VR) soon? If so, any clue when?

If someone actually knew about such plans I doubt very much they would talk about it here. But personally think it is highly highly unlikely. Chargeability figures are rising as far as I know and demand for resources has risen significantly. Listen, so you held on last time cause you thought you might get promoted and then life wouldn't be so miserable. But turns out you got shafted and face the prospect of waiting another year. And the people you know who cashed in on VR already have new jobs, and boast about how they ended up with a big wad of extra moolah and love their brilliant new jobs which are soooo much better than ACN (they would hardly tell you their new jobs suck now would they?).So stop being miserable, give yourself a good kick, go out and find a new job, quit ACN and move on. Otherwise you'll end up sitting there in March, having been shafted again, wishing you'd have left in September. VR came and went. Too late for that now. But it was a missed opportunity, not money you actually ever had. So leaving without it isn't any kind of a loss to you.

I once worked on an Accenture project with an american called Bob. when he spoke he made complete sense too! I'm sure you are a different Bob but seriously people, read his post a few times. It is exactly the correct approach to take!
