Has anybody worked for or been through the recruitment process of a company called Tefen? I had a few contacts last year but that was for a contractor role.Had 1 phone interview (I don't leave in the UK) and the next step would have been face-to-face interview. All in all it seemed pretty classic stuff.One useful tip is that they are keen to know how knowledgeable and experienced your are with lean/six sigma methodologies.Sorry not to be more useful.
