A lot of consultancies have had their own specialist OR departments, e.g CapGemini OR, PA Consulting Decision Sciences, etcI have gained alot of experience through OR using modelling, statistical analysis capabilities, etcWith work in consultancies drying up recently, can anyone provide any advice on any specialist OR companies, internal OR groups, or business areas that would benefit OR skills. And if you know if the resource pools within larger consultancies are holding onto their staff with OR skills.

Dont know if OR in the sense described above buy try firms like Hackett Group, Datamonitor, Finalta, Forrester, TowerGroup etc as they all have a research focus; some might be industry focused and others might be mono-industry

Capital One has an internal OR consultancy group. IBM is/was building up a group based around Business Dynamics (including OR).
