Integration into Tribal hasn't really changed that, though some old-time Newchurch obviously were worried in case they had to start cross-selling or become generalists. However, that doesn't tend to happen - Newchurch specialists are still Newchurch specialists, although being part of Tribal has made it easier to apply for big framework contracts, get IT support, etc.
