Sound reputation with clients, who like the fact that they're specialists so only put relevant resources on the projects and don't have an agenda to push unnecessary long-term staff augmentation. Integration into Tribal hasn't really changed that, though some old-time Newchurch obviously were worried in case they had to start cross-selling or become generalists. However, that doesn't tend to happen - Newchurch specialists are still Newchurch specialists, although being part of Tribal has made it easier to apply for big framework contracts, get IT support, etc.
