Has anyone else noticed that anyone mid-consultant or above at accenture almost always seem to have extremely firm handshakes? As in, quite painful or verging on the painful. Or have I just been unlucky? (This doesn't include Accenture women btw!)I'm quite capable of handling myself but punching someone in the face and shouting Tw*t at them straight after they've introduced themselves and shaken your hand seems inappropriate in most situations, I've found.

What do men do with their hands that Women do not (at least in terms of gripping something firmly)? When you've been working till 10PM 7 days a week in order to reach mid-consultant level and above you'll find that your core hand-strength will also have increased exponentially. Its when you shake hands with one of them and there is a sucking sound when you let go that you might want to think about washing your hands.
