The salary bracket at Senior Manager (PA) is very broad indeed and driven by sector, serviceline, and how key you would be in terms of filling a capability gap. In general I would observe that KPMG is very competetive in terms of salary. Bonus @ SM would be in excess of 20% of base for on target, but can double for exceptional performance - that said bonus is always subject to overall business performance. The package of pension etc is also pretty good.
