Can anyone who's recently been through the process give me any tips on how to prepare and what to expect from the interview, presentation and group activity.Also, an insight from anyone working there already would be great: work/life balance, progression, pay, culture etc.Thanks!

I used to work there.Generally expect a measured examination of your credentials. Culture is quite laid back and professional and quality of people is good. There is a small company feel although it is part of a large group. Some of the internal processes etc can be quite shambolic though.Pay = decent and compares well with competitionCulture = collegial and informal yet professionalprogression = HR models etc are not well developed so a bit hit and miss
