It's prob in one of the Deloitte advisory groups - CorpFin, etc. (rather than in DC-proper).

This is the appropriate level for you, yes. Morevover you wpon't have lost any time compared to your peer group.Conceivably they could have tried to push you in a level down from this.

Agree with the above. This is probably not in Consulting as they don't have that grade. AM is the grade the Analysts who complete the 2 year program or the ACA's who qualify move into.Therefore it is the right level to join at as they are measuring your experience as comparable to their internal intake (which is good).Question to ask if you get offered, is likely timescale to make Manager.Good luck
