Hi,Somehow I just found this gem of a forum for the first time today and I've spent about 5 hours reading over tons of posts from the last 1.5 years; here's my situation:I'm an industrial engineering undergraduate that interned with ACN and accepted a BTA offer from Deloitte because I hit a hiring freeze with ACN (possibly regional). I consider myself to be an anomaly among engineers because while I truly enjoy and excel at coding (when the problem is creative), I am deathly afraid of a career in IT. I spent a large chunk of my undergraduate career going to national and international conferences, networking with other students from public and private schools all over the country. I think my academic background, my personality, and my intellect is very well suited for strategy, however I found myself with very few options given the current climate. So, any advice on how to best position myself at Deloitte to move internally into their strategy group and/or set myself up for moving to something more business management/leadership after 2-5 years is much appreciated. I plan to shoot for their MBA program, however I know that it's especially hard for BTA's to get in. What kind of projects should I look to align myself to? What types of people should I be reaching out to at Deloitte to increase my chances of success? Thanks!!
