Hi, I have a dilemma - I work as a freelance consultant, and do quite a lot of work as an associate of other consulting firms. One firm has lots of work currently and has asked me if I would consider going permanet with them.Problem is that they have asked me what package I would want. I have no idea what to say as I have never worked as an employee of a consulting company.As a freelance, I currently turnover between £75k - £100k a year, but not working full time - generally 4 days a week. And of course I pay for my own NI, pension, phone, laptop, car etc, although I recharge travel expenses. They will need me to work full time I am guessing so I would want to fell the benefit of that too.I am considered a senior consultant and have a good deal of experience.Any ideas on what I should expect package wise?

At that level you'd be looking to go in at manager level as, unless they have a funny naming convention for titles, senior consultant would normally be 50-65k range. Manager, loosly speaking would be the 75-100k you mention so assuming you have 5+ years experience shoot for that.
