Final round in BCG/Bain consists of 2-3 interviews with Partners. 1. I had 2 interviews in Bain. First was - a big case for 30 minutes with lots of math. Second was - a small, but tricky case for 10-15 minutes; then "soul digging" questions for 30 minutes.2. I had 2 interviews in BCG. First - all 40-50 minutes psychological/behavioral questions. Second - three mini-cases (last one - brain teaser) for 20 minutes and about 20 minutes of "tell me about yourself".The best recommendation for the last round was given me by Senior Manager in Bain: "Now relax and do the same with a Partner that you've done with me".Good luck!
