Hi,I'd like to understand about the process involved with Voluntary Redundancy.Would a consultancy select certain employees and ask them if they were interested in taking a voluntary redundancy package.....or would they make details of such a package more publicly available within the firm, and invite interested consultants to volunteer for the package?Thanks,Greg

My advice is to post more details here about your current firm, history of VRs, size, type of partners etc.
