PwC or EY maybe? Both have been trying to shift their advisory businesses into IT. The £45,000 - £130,000 salary and generic wording of the advert suggests it might be a catch-all advert though - it could refer to a number of firms all hiring small, "below-the-radar", numbers of IT consultants.

They have no specific client - its an open CV collecting advert.

Thank you bbtl, it is indeed a catch all advert for a number of firms, at differing levels with various industry focus.And anon, not all recruiters spend their time collecting CV's that they ultimately can't use... doesn't exactly pay the mortgage doing that.
