About to start the recruitment process for a European role ...an on line test and then in for interview. Any hints or tips please on them or the process they take etc??very keen as feel they are a great prospect for me. thank you.

Try looking at ATK - think you'll find they have very. very similar approaches for an obvious reason.

If you haven't taken it yet, it's basically a numeracy test (like GMAT) that you do online. Numeracy skills are high on the agenda for Efficio recruits. My advice is practice first then do it.
