I have a question for any ACN'ers out there...Would you expect a Consultant to be promoted having received consistent ratings throughout his or her C2 and C3 years?If not then what would you say is the minimum ratings required to be in with a shot? Does it vary by Growth Platform?This question in hypothetical btw... I'm not yet in a position where I'm near to promotion.Cheers, Anonoman

Yes it is possible... Though in the present economic climate you dont expect to see a lot of folks getting promoted so one will at least have to be in the SA range to stand a chance.Now the question is you can end of CW just because you did not do minute things like organise team events or so. So if you have better potentials of selling and you deliver good work, also perception from the influential people supporting the promotion is good then you are up for it.

It is, but business demand would carry you through and that is likely to be non existent next year.

Assume as a rule of thumb it is generally 50% of those eligible make it from C3 to M1 (whioch can obv vary depending on market conditions/business demand etc) so just having consistent withs is unlikely to get you promoted.Talk to you Mentor & line manager about how to position yourself.
