So after the strict year end appraisal and recent cull in CF. What do you think will be next for DC?Will there be a cull in S&O or TI? Will there be high profile partners leaving as in the past with EA?Will one be able to get a seat in SC this January?All thoughts welcome

1- Cull across consulting - roughly 15% (~350) - focused in strat/ops/TI/HC, less so in EA. I predict VR to be announced in the next 8 weeks.2- I'm sure a few partners will leave (rumor has it a few directors have already left?)3- No seats in SC, better get booking online now!On the other hand, maybe we're doing just fine and have a big pipeline of work?

The S&O cull began before Christmas. Look at how many senior managers have given their notice - well up on last year and you don't quit a job in this environment unless you know you're getting booted anyway. Expect legal minimum redundancy payments.
