I've been contacted about a role with RGP - anyone have any experience / knowledge / views of them?I've been in consulting for more than 10 years and haven't managed to cross paths with them yet, so any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi they are good. I was with them for around 4 years, and I do not have a bad word to say about themIts very much skills focussed, and your utilisation depends on whether your skill set fits their clients needs. Bear in mind you will not be paid if you are on the bench.Definitely I'd work with them again - either as an associate or as a client utilisig their associates.

I used to recruit for them - terrible place - It’s just a body shop. We sold whatever we could, hired who we needed for that engagement, and when we didn’t need the person anymore to make our numbers we just stopped calling them.
