I dont think there are any companies which havent made mistakes or screwed-up, right from Accenture, Deloitte, EDS, Logica, CSC, PA, IBM, etc. And its not always the Consultants or IT suppliers fault - Sometimes the Public sector clients themselves dont know what they want or how to procure IT services. Its t**s like you who give the whole industry a bad name by ignoring the positive things and value add which the Management Consultants and IT suppliers together have brought to the UK Public Sector
