I'm a consultant at Deloitte on 39K and thinking about moving to a regional office in the future. Does anyone know what sort of salary cut this would involve? I know I should ak HR and I will but wondered if anyone had any insignt between London and regional salaries off hand?

Off hand I believe it is 20% but I wouldn't take that as hearsay. I know of someone who moved to a regional and had their pay frozen for 2 years.
