Do you know which part of IBM in particular? I used to work for them in BCS.

The way things are going in Consulting we may all be doing 3 day weeks.

3 day weeks... wow. It's hard to imagine working only 60 hours.

IBM BCS used to have part time workers. Also I know a few people at PA Consulting that are part time.It is tricky though as a lot of assignments are sold as full time so it can rule out roles for these individuals. I think people on 4 days per week generally are more easily placed on projects.

Deloitte Consulting allows part time working. They have a good programme for parents who wish to return part time. Not sure 3 days per week would be practical though - I've seen more people do a 4 day week.
