Is anyone on this forum from CEE? Currently, Bain is not present in any of the CEE countries. I would appreciate some info related to their intentions in this region.

Nobody konws if Bain has intentions to enter Central and Eastern Europe ?

Maybe its not the best time to expand into new markets at the moment and just try and weather the economic storm?

As a matter of fact CEE region is not facing economic downturn. So, tackleing this market might be a good method to diminish, rather than increasing risks...Other strategy consultancies entered the market with projects managed from their Western offices, but decided fastly to set an office in CEE countries and reecruit local people. So, if yo have info about Bain's intentions...

Bain has offices in Moscow and Kiev. The reality is that central Europe isn't a huge market for a consultancy like Bain - I would suspect they do some business out of Germany.

Bain will open an office in Warsaw soon

It is supposed to cover only Poland or entire CEE?
