HiI graduated a couple years ago (honours degree in HR) and have been working for the past 16 months, first HR Trainee (6Mnths) and present Trainee HR Consultant (10months) for a small company. Thing is I feel I am not learning as much as I would in bigger set-up where I can start off as an assosiate and work it up! and most importantly I am interested in gaining more experience in management/strategy consulting not just HR. My employer of choice is Bain. Questions:1. I know having a Masters is preferable but how many consultants out there actually start without an MBA 2. What exclusive tips can you give me on marketing myself to Bain, Accenture etc (besides the norm). Like how do I get my foot into the door?Thank you
