Hi,I'm from Rome and I'm looking for information about a work experience in London with one of these two consulting firms...About Accenture, £ 40.000 per year is a good salary in London for an experienced consultant (3/4 years)?Does anyone know Efficio?Thank you so much.Francesco

Efficio are ex AT Kearney consultants, very niche in focusing on procurement/sourcing issues. Very good rep and quality people. Either would be a good place to start in London to be honest - Efficio are much smaller than ACN so depends on whether you want the big firm environment or the smaller one.

Ciao FrancescoIn my view, 40K seems to be a low salary for an experienced consultant hire. It would seem a bit more justifiable were you a non-consulting Industry hire after 3/4 years.ACN are notorious for short selling exp hires so do try to negotiate up. What grade have they proposed? This is very important as they will argue that you need to stay within each grade's salary band. Just aim to negotiate to the top of the salary band for grade offered.Hope this helps.Never heard of Efficio in the UK.

Thank you Anon, they talked about Business Analyst position but I don't know how many years are required in order to be a consultant in London.
