Hi All, I am an analyst that has worked in Strategy for 1 year. For various reasons, I am thinking of trying to move to a smaller Strategy company, (or company that has strategy posts open) that:a) Have a good work culture (i.e people are knobheads)b) Work life balance so there is some respect for the individualDoes anyone have any suggestions of good places to work?
