Hi,I am interested in a role as a TSM in the UK IBM, I have told the pay is between £70 -£90K, is this correct? I have also been told they work in partnership with CSE/M what are they and is this true? What is the banding for the role and how is it precieved by the business and customer?Regard Robin

Band 7 30k - 42kBand 8 40k - 55kBand 9 55k - 70kBand 10 (AP) 70k - 110kYou will NEVER get 70-90k unless you come into a practice lead position, a TSM is simply a failed architect.You will get 45k , please post back when you have been informed.
