Hi,Can anyone tell me which consulting firms actually offer summer internships to penultimate year students? My research into this has been unseuccessful, primarily because i dont know anybody in person with a vested interest in the industry. Im aware that many dont offer these, and accenture are the only one i can currently name.If it is indeed the case that virtually none of these firms offer internships, what would you classify/recommend as work experience relevent to the industry? Dave,Many of the banks still take interns. I run a social network site for contractors and you can flag to firms that you are looking for intern work.I will not put the name or link here yet as I am unsure of the etiquette for this forum.I will await Tony's guidance.

Given the fact that you cannot even use google to search which consulting firms offered internships (ps, many consulting firms do, but the intake is small), you are unlikely to be successful anyway. The recruitment for interns has stopped for this summer, but I guess you could try sending applications to BAH, OC&C, LEK, OW, Parthenon, BCG etc. in the coming winter.I suggest you to seriously improve your googling skills as you will be doing research all summer if you ever get a consulting internship.
