Hi all ! I am going to attend DM's assessment day this week for the Associate Analyst Position within Financial Services Business Unit. Does anyone have any ideas what exactly the day going to be ? i.e. what sort of group exercises, tests, interview ? Tried to get some info from the HR they kept saying I can't be prepared for this. Would appreciate every single comments/tips Thanks

Don't go - worst company ever, spent a year there, and luckily got out.. watch out for the 3 month notice period too, and the 22k starting salary!!

Avoid. Staffed by poor lost souls who convinced themselves (probably with the conivance of DM) that this would be a route into MC or strat consulting houses. It's not. Also if HR are being tight lipped about what to expect I suggest any offer you do receive will be an exploding one.
