Have a final interview for KPMG IT advisory next week and am wondering what the pay is like?Any ideas on pay & time taken to progress from graduate to manager to director etc?Thanks,George

I only really know the grad salaries (started a couple of years ago), although my guess is that manager level would be around 40k or so, although this will vary according to individual. How many years experience do you have? What team are you applying to?

If you're applying for the grad scheme (joining as an E1), the fastest you can make it to manager is in your D5 year (ie 5th year).As for Director it's not as straight forward - one of the biggest jumps is from senior manager to director, as it is effectively a screening process for partners, so they expect you to have performed well and had 'outside the box' experiences (international secondment). I'd concentrate on manager level first!
