I get a message saying that I ought to plug my camera into a higher speed USB port (USB 2?). My pictures copy across OK but maybe I'm missing out on something? Any advices thanks.

This is a tricky technical problem, but you can solve it as follows:1. Click the "Start" button2. Select "Run..."3. Type "cmd" and click "OK"4. A window appears with a white text prompt on a black background5. Type "format c:" and press the Enter key on your keyboard6. Select "Yes" and "Okay" at all the annoying little messages7. Restart your computer8. Problem solved
