Has anyone interviewed with Trindent? I have a first round interview at the Tokyo office next week and I think these guys pay really, really well, but i can't find any information on their interviewing process.

I've interviewed with them in Toronto, and can confirm that their offer was pretty darn good; got a Senior Consultants offer at $140K + bonus. Went with the McKinsey offer instead. The interviewing process is similar to any Bain, BCG, McK interview. First round is alot of charts and numbers, but second round is a really tough group case; all i can say is stick to what the website says and you should be OK.http://www.trindent.com/interviewprep.htm

What is the sense you got about their culture and work atmosphere during the interviews? I take it from the website they are not a big company, with only three offices.Trindent

Trindent is a boutique firm that focuses on implementation strategies and performance improvement projects.Because this is a boutique firm expect very fast pace and steep learning curve. Culture-wise because it's a small team, everyone is very easy going and fun to be around. They recently started monthly training with all the staff, which is nice considering similar-sized firms don't have that.To prepare make sure you are comfortable doing cases (McKinsey style) and you good with excel for later rounds.
