Did anyone have experience of interviewing with E&Y Supply Chain business advisory practise at Manager and above levels? Would you mind sharing your expereinces? What format? HOw should one prepare? things to keep in mind?If you are also working for them...any insider feedback in terms of how is the business in supply chain, how do you find colleagues and what type of assignments do you receive from clients...just to get idea...Thanks so much for the help

Rubbish. EY are still hiring.

EY BAS has grown by nearly 50% this year and is forecast to grow by another 40% next (despite the market downturn)...so yes they are still hiring heavily, especially into the new Customer practice...

Folks, I really appreciate your all comments but would some of you or others also help me out with my original questions :)I know they are hiring and I know I am interviewing with them so I really would appreciate help from people who either already got into that cycle or who know little bit about that from outside.thanks

First interview is about two hours, covers a walk through your CV and experience plus a case study.If you are successful, second interview is a half-day assessment including group exercises, written exercise, presentation and a further interview. If you are successful, there will also be a partner interview. At the end of the assessment day, you will be told whether you've made it through or not.

F&PM have frozen all hiring

I am really confused guys.some of you say hiring is frozen.others say hiring is frozen for FP&M.but what about supply chain and other areas?and any other feedback from internal point of view on interviews format etc.??

Believe me, you are wasting your time.BAS have stopped all recruitment. Have you been given an interview date? I doubt it...

The business in Supply Chain and Ops is doing well, the group is gaining traction in the market place and some real momentum with predicted growth in the order of 40%. The group has a great set of clients with some interesting work based in london the UK and globally. Despite the credit crunch and the incorrect views of some of the people responding to your questions I can confirm that this group is focussed on growth both by recruiting and developing the talent already recruiting. BAS is recruiting Supply Chain and Ops skills across all core Sectors. If in doubt call the recruiting team they will confirm the situation! Good luck with the interviews.

You only have to look at the number of EY ads on this website to realise that they are still hiring. Forget the naysayers on here -- call HR and verify for yourself.
