Im a junior crm consultant, working in crm for the last two years, and fortunate enough to have develivered a siebel and microsoft project and work in presales. ive touched upon everything from winning work to deliverying through a project lifecycle. I am in interested more in the business aspects of CRM. i want to be able to working with businesses advising on CRM Strategy, perhaps vendor selection, basically more business align consulting as apposed to technology consultancy. Does anyone have any advice how i can to this type of job or any of the specific big companies such as big4 that would be doing such a thing. I understand i have only 2 years experience, but due to exposure i really want to move on, even if its shodowing senior business consultants to then be able to take over using my own steam.what do you guys think?
