SapianThere are quite a few changes to internal structures at CSC just now, so I would guess it's likely that a new team will be needed to work across what used to be referred to as "lines of sevice".If I were you, I'd ask for an org chart (even a draft one) showing the new team and individuals' names. SAP is CSC's "thing", so if the role suits you, I'd be tempted to say go with it.As an employer, I've been impressed with CSC's approach to their staff - keen to egt you on assignment and then pretty hands-off once you're settled somewhere. I've fallen on my feet in my practice, it's supportive and has quite a few people in similar circumstances to mine. In retrospect, I'd definitely have asked for a face-to-face conversation withh someone at my own level, simply cos it's good practice.Minor concerns to address: - mileage is 14p a mile if you have a car allowance OR a co car; - no lunch can ever be claimed, unless with a client and someone senior has agreed it; - any travel etc over £200 has to be pre-authorised - this drives me mad; - for the most part, unless you have a team on client-site, you're unlikely to be part of a team elsewhere.Overall, not too bad.
