ZB is not just one individual.I suspect lots of people post under ZBs name to make their point (i.e management & IT consultants are different beasts) & wind up the odd IT charlatan / shyster / crook / job finderAnd one of you always seems to take the bait!

From all the posts I have read from ZB, he must either be a recruitment agent (glam!!) or a HR bod from one of the MBBB firms...that's the only explanation why he is free (and sad) enough to respond to almost every da*n post on this forum.Life's passing him by and if he is as clever as he claims to be, then maybe he should cut the long standing drama and get real.

The thing is, as someone points out upthread, on this forum anyone can post with any username, so ZB could be anyone. Or at least anyone who can spell Brzezinski.

Actually for some insight (a concept I suspect that is alien to all you process-mapping, IT SAP, SI, PM, CM numbskulls) all of the aforementioned threads are not the real ZB. Moreover, of all the threads that claim to be from ZB actually only one or two are imposters (including all of the above). So for those that think that ZB is some multifaceted personality, I'm afraid you are wrong.Haven't any of you IT crooks and unconscionable charlatans worked out that you provide very little in the way of constructive work, your advice with crap and your overall consulting skills are comparable to Robert's Mugabe's handling of the Zimbabwe economy.
