Has anyone had a role as an internal consultant at RBS or another big bank? I have been with a "big 4" for almost 3 years and would like to work somewhere where I can see projects through to implementation. I have heard that RBS have built up their own internal consultancy for HR/Org Development type stuff. Anyone know anything about it? Salary, conditions, etc?Thanks
