Some of us ask about salaries for certain positions and some of us answers. Do we all mean fixed net + bonuses or just gross?It's an important question because tax rates are different in different countries.E.g. the salary benchmarking report made and distributed by top-consultant.com says that senior consultant (term defined in the report) usually gets 60k pounds (basic salary + benefits + bonuses). Does it mean 60k gross or net? If gross, then what's net value?

Salary is always quoted gross.Assume your example of 60K "pounds" means that it refers to a UK salary. To work out Net just go to the HMRC website (the taxman if you're not from UK) and see what the latest tax brackets are. You can work out what you have left Net of tax using this info.
