Hi,Could some one guide on range of salaries for McKinsey Engagement Manager in UK? What type of bonus / car allowance etc in addition can be expected?Finally, is it normally common for Mckinsey to bring in people as Sr. Associate instead of Engagement Manager and allow them a year in the company before promotion to Engagement Manager. Is this like typical recruitment talk? What is real difference between Sr. Associate and Engagement manager?
