Second round interviews at Detica are thorough and challenging but shouldn't present any unexpected surprises. The screening process and first round interview will have identified your strengths (and weaknesses) and which area(s) of the business you are most likley to be able to succeed in. The final interview will be with 2 senior figures from those areas, and you will have 2 hours to demonstrate that you can survive in a highly analytical organisation, that you understand how commercial consulting succeeds ie how a business sustains 30% year on year growth - and how you won't dilute that performace and that you have the intellectual, personal and presentational skills to deliver a superb client experience. Like I said, there shouldn't be any surprises there...
