I'm running a very small consulting arm of a larger marketing services business. Increasingly I find I am running workshops with clients on customer management topics (e.g. building a vision for customer service; or a fast track session in defining the functions that a division performs, as a component of an organisation change programme). I get good feedback, but I know I can make my sessions more engaging, better structured, more productive.
