I graduated from college last year and want to get into management consulting. I graduated from a top 30 school and im looking at firms like archstone consulting, simon-kucher and partners, pearl meyer, and segal company. does anyone work at or have any info on the culture/working hours at these companies, as well as the starting salary at the business analyst level.also, considering my current status, what is the safest bet for making it to a top consulting firm? is going to business school the only viable path from here?
