Hi all,I would like to know more information about the Hay Group. I am going to have a 1st interview next week and I know the company works on the HR consulting field.I would ask anybody here about the reputation of the company in the consulting world and how challenging is the work there. Is it a good option? What about salary? Competitive?Thanks in advance.

Entry Level...and it is in Portugal...so maybe not figures, but when compared to Big 4 or other consulting companies maybe?
