This one's is for the PA lot. Have you heard of goings on in the Energy practice? Partner leaving, the cash cow that is BP running dry, existing partners unable to motivate staff or win any work. Times look lean and terminal

Just read the numerous chains on BOP and Financial Services on this site instead. Lets not have another boring irrelevant whinge about a tiny practice. Who cares what 30 or so people are doing or not doing?

PA energy practice is 20 odd old timers from different practicies who depend on BP for their survival, however PA doesn't do any 'management consulting' at BP, we are just acting as a body shoping shop,and willing to act as per BP lines and rates. Now that's dry and there is no account where PA has done or can do in near future. Many are leaving and will leave.Do you plan joining energy practice if so better get some leads / contacts from your previous company for your own survival.

Spot on thread. It is a useless practice and it claims it is oil / gas when in fact they know nothing about either. Flagerant shoddy marketing at its pinnicle. PD get out!
