Do you think management consulting is like a time machine, where any one want to enter for exploring new ways and new future.

In light of recent comments, I'm going to try and not be as rube or blunt as normal. But Malik, re-read your 'question'.. It doesn't really make any sense...

Malik do you think management consultancy career forum is like therapy, where any one want to enter for exploring why they ask the most ridiculous questions of everyone else?

The thing is, I can have a pretty good guess at what he's trying to say. I'd interpret it as:"Do you think MC is a career parth undertaken by most people with a medium/long term view to doing something eslse afterwards? Do you think it provides a wide range of opportunities, enabling MCs to enter into a wide range of future areas?"Which in itself is a pretty interesting question. On the flipside however, Malik could be sitting in a small village somewhere, just got his first ever TV, saw Back to the Future, and now thinks Consulting is another name for time travel.

A slight improvement on your usual garbage hmmm - you almost had something constructive to say in your interpretation of the original message and actually added to the post in a positive way.Well done!

I'm more interested in which biccies make the best dippers. Digestives are ok but risky due to their crumbly nature, don't seem as predictable in submersion as Rich Tea.

Ah, that's because Rich Tea were designed to be dunked form the outset.Whilst they are generally recognised to be the best by-product of the space race in the 1960s (they were developed for the Saturn programme but were first dunked in action on Appollo 11), not many people know that they were in fact first developed by Germany during WW2. After hostilities, the USA competed with Russia to 'adopt' the best scientists Germany had available. The outcome for NASA was teflon and the Rich Tea biscuit. Not alot of people know that.

Finally, something intresting. In my opinion, from a tatse perspective, Rich Tea are the best, however I take Mars point about the crumbly nature. I hate it when they break off and sink to the bottom - solution - either:a) dunk at an angle, leaving the top of the biscuit as a stable anchorb) Switch to hob-nobs

The trouble with hobnobs is that they flavour the tea more than other biscuits. Rich Tea leave the drink relatively untarnished, so should I want a mouthful of unbiscuited tea to cut through the sweetnes, I can. Hobnobs let their oily contents infuse through denying me that. So Rich Tea for me.Having said that, when I’m not dunking anything it’s hobnobs every time.

What an absurd and wholly unentertaining thread. forgive me, one cannot help but speculate that this thread was the evil concoction of an ACN IT charlatan (probably conceived when he/she were preparing another mind numbingly turgid powerpoint presentation on business process optimisation or process configuration or whatever other other-wordly concepts they are manage to concoct.ZB

NaanMan have you tried fashioning the shuriken from the poppadom BEFORE frying it? There is some shrinkage and curling of course, but this can be controlled if you don't use too much oil and flash fry it.
